About Kiwi Judaica

A girl in a white tallit admires the delicate painted tree upon it.

I grew up in New Zealand, in the far north of that country.

There, the land is narrow and surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea.

My ancestors, Maori and Jewish (my two tribes) have lived there for many generations.

Now I live in Vancouver, Canada, again on the edge of the Pacific.

My art work incorporates influences from both of my “tribes”, along with the colours of the ocean and bush common to both areas.
